Double Sided Filmic Plate Mounting Tape

Scapa 43018 is a 200µ double sided tape especially designed for flexographic plate mounting. It is based on a white MOPP carrier and features a high tack pressure sensitive rubber adhesion on both sides.

APPLICATIONS

Mounting of flexographic photopolymer and rubber plates onto cylinder or sleeve
The special grade rubber adhesive used on 43018 makes that product versatile enough to be used for
mounting a variety of combinations of rubber or photopolymer plates with steel cylinders or sleeves
All applications where a 200 µm white tape is required to make up the correct plate/tape thickness

P-43220 is a double-sided foam tape especially designed for flexographic plate mounting.It features especially acrylic adhesive on it's open cylinder side and a graphic grade acrylic adhesive on it's closed (plates) side.P-43220 is reinforced with polyester film and uses a white,smooth,siliconised,embossed PP release liner, having total thickness of 0.55 mm.

Application:

- Mounting of flexographic photopolymer and rubber plates on to cylinders or sleeves.
- P-43220 is designed for both half-tone and block printing or a combination of both,when used on the same plates.
- P-43220 is particularly suitable for mounting soft to medium-hard photopolymer plates on to medium to large diameter cylinder or sleeves
