These tapes consists of a thin layer of adhesive, separated by siliconised paper or film. To increase the internal strength and adhesive thickness, these are reinforced by glass fibers or scrims. Glass fibre reinforced tapes are convenient to handle and to cut than pure transfer tapes whereas Scrim tapes are used to bond irregular surfaces owing to their thickness.

Adhesive Transfer Tapes are available on a new rotary die-cuttable paper liner. Designed to help you take full advantage of rotary die-cutting efficiency, these tapes give you the adhesive power your customers demand for die-cut graphic attachment and many other high performance industrial applications:

• Solvent resistance
• Reliable adhesion to metal and high surface energy plastics

• Hotmelt for lower temperature applications
• Solvent based acrylic for long term, medium and high temperature applications
• Water acrylic systems for medium temperatures
• Silicone based systems for extreme temperatures (high and low) and applications where low out-gassing is required
• Availability in narrow widths (normally 12 mm & 19 mm) by means of an adhesive transfer tape gun (ATG) wherein the release liner is removed from the adhesive on application paving the way for quick & convenient bonding or mounting. These are available in wide range of thickness for both lightweight and heavier duty bonding and mounting applications.
